A Dragon point for me.

"Alright, everyone knows the plan right?"
I looked around the depths of the caverns at all the hardened warriors and saw them all nod. A lump developed in my throat.
"Um, I'm disc... so you want me healing a tank right?"
"yeah, just keep Tanky up"
phew, that's an easy job... I can do that even with only the default UI right now. I'll just grab his little block out, and maybe the main tanks too... Throw out some PoMs and I should be okay.
I can do this.

This chant came through my head many times, even when the extremely embarrassing *DING this kid has never been in a 25 man before DING* achievement went off after the first drake and I saw I was the only person who got it. The main tank died on a pull and suddenly I was healing the NEW main tank. I know I really can do this.

Second drake and I got a blue thing around me... I'm going to take an aside to mention that I was in fact paying close attention to what was going on around me, I had seen a shaman stand in it earlier and was perfectly fine even when it disappeared. I had no debuff on me, so I figured I would be fine as well. And I have seen red ones that killed people so maybe blue ones are good, like blue beams from Kara right... Boom I'm dead. *note to self, blue is bad again*

Then I began to notice one of my guildies talking. "Man these guys are taking raid damage like crazy, I'm glad I respec'd holy."
I felt a bit guilty only healing one person, so I grabbed every player box that I knew was melee dps and started healing them too.

Then Saph himself. I only knew the fight through some random videos and the best I knew was that there is a really big fire wall that I need to avoid. Turns out that's All I needed to know. As the fight started I healed everything I could, I think we only had one death probably due to their own stupidity, but I stayed alive, and healed my ass off. In the end it was dragon 0- me 1

Oh, and I got the best trinket in the game pre-ulduar YaY!

Rising Tension

Chapter 2
Reminiscence

"All Rise!" the peon shouted as his master entered the room. As everyone at the main table shuffled to stand their grumbling subsided, they gave their full attention to the elegantly adorned man who entered. "Please sit," he quickly said annoyed with the protocol. Walking across the room he was a true sight to behold. The Lord of Tanks, the master of their craft, his armor gleaming with the true holy power he contained as he moved. Unlike his brethren his armor made no noise as he walked, so fine was the crafting that no weakness was exposed and yet no pieces overlapped. The weapon at his side was a true force of power, and yet it paled in comparison to the man who wielded it. His skills were legendary; from his first day as a guardian of the light he had shown skills beyond that of any of his peers. Every man at the table had nothing but respect for that man, save one.

TheKunkel had come to the meeting, and even though he was presented with a seat at the table, he chose to stand in the corner. Enjoying the darkness he hardly noticed as The Lord of Tanks addressed him.

“I said thank you for joining us Shadow.”

“Oh. Yes, it was not a problem. I just moved a bit of smaller business around, nothing that couldn’t wait until a later time. I mean it’s not every day someone gets invited to attend the meeting of ‘The Lord of Tanks.’ Am I right?” His jest received only raised eyebrows of everyone in attendance.

“In any case, it was necessary to have you here, and I am honored you would attend.” The Lord of Tanks went on to describe the main reason they had been gathered. It seemed a small task force had gone missing on a routine surveillance mission, and a rescue team was sent to recover them. That rescue team was followed by an additional rescue team to rescue the first rescue team, which was then followed by a third rescue team. After all three teams and the surveillance team had been lost the council began to get concerned, so they had plans to send a final expeditionary force of the most capable men they could find. “The plan is simple; we go in and pull whatever we can of our lost teams out. I’m not hoping to stop whatever is in there at this time, but we owe it to our men to at least try to get them, or what’s left of them, home to their families.”

“This all sounds great Lord, but why was it you brought me here?” The Shadow interrupted, bored in his corner.
“You are vital to this expedition. I need the bravest and most dependable healer I can get to handle this operation and I told the committee that you were the only man for the job.”
“HA!” the shadow spurted, “and why should I help some bumbling team of morons try to go into danger and save all the bigger morons? What could you possibly offer to make me want to go?”
“Firstly my thanks.”
“Ha.”
“A hefty sum of gold.”
“Haha.”
“A medal from the Warchief.”
“HAHA.”
“The teams were lost in the depths of Karazan.”
“H… excuse me?”
“The team was investigating into new activity at Karazan.”

"WHAT?" The entire table winced as The Shadow’s eyes flared in anger. “I see,” he said calmly. “And you expect I will just drop my entire life to get revenge on Him. If you were not so attached to the success of the Horde I would blow your brain through your ears right onto this table. I’m leaving.” And he turned towards the double doors only to run abruptly into someone entering at the same moment.
“Oh, I’m sorry,” came her flowing voice.
“You should watch what you’re…” The Shadow stopped struck dumb. If it were possible for a translucent entity to blush, he would have.
“I believe you remember Clara, Shadow.” The Lord of Tanks said with a smirk, “She is leading our final rescue force.”
“Hello, Andrew,” she said.

A Grand Invitation

A shadowy figure sat perched upon his throne. The room dark and smoky from the power practically dripping off of his forearms. His eyes glazed over from years of mindless slaughter. Images danced before him of the piles of broken bodies he had flung to the side as he progressed closer towards his goal. Each of their faces flashed before him as that lasting image, their minds flayed into oblivion.

"SIR, THE PLATE ONES APPROACH!" a voice called out.
"Thank you, minion, please turn your caps lock off now and only speak to me through /w. My, it is hard to find good NPCs these days," The Shadow uttered.

Outside of his chambers the distinct sound of metal shuffling and scraping against itself was increasing. The ground began to tremble as thousands of pounds worth of metal encased meat approached. The faces of the meat sullen and scarred from countless beatings endured. They held their weapons at their sides and ready, although they prayed they wouldn't be asked to draw them. Once they reached the courtyard they spread out in a semi-circle and all descended to their knees in front of the door.
A rustle arose from behind them. A last scrape of metal and their leader stepped from around the corner. He shouted, "I am Arthur, emissary for the Lord of Tanks. I would request you open the gates, I have a message for him!"

"Message for who?" called a voice from the one of the guard towers.

"What?" Arthur replied

"I think hes talking about HIM," came a voice from the other tower.
"I didn't ask you to think did I? I asked him who his message was for," Came the first guard.
"Well you don't have to get all fussed up about it, I'm merely trying to speed things up that's all."
"Um, excuse me." Arthur attempted a word.

"Oh, you mean just like you did the last time? The time when we all ended up in forced silence for a week? You thought that would probably be better did you?" the guard continued unphased by Arthur's interruption.
"I say! You told me that was probably a good idea before I tried it anyway and I remember enjoying the silence anyway," came the reply.

"Excuse me!"

"Well that is the last time I try to be supportive of your ideas."
"Supportive? You usually kick me quite harshly every time I even bring up any of my ideas."
"That's because I hate you"

"SILENCE!!" The roar of The Shadow's voice enough to shake the courtyard and everyone inside it to the core. "I thought our last discussion was enough, but I guess you will be returning to Furblog Camp for Manners."

"Sir is that you?" called Arthur hesitantly.

The doors to the sanctuary then began to open slowly, smoke flowing out over the courtyard and between the array of tanks. Emitting from the smoke was the stench of truth and fear, and as it surrounded the small troop it created beams of light through the cracks in the trees above them. A figure began to emerge from the black depths of the room beyond. The eyes first, glowing in the room like two stars shining in the night. These stars did not comfort though, the glare from these stars revealed the true darkness in one's soul. To look into them meant seeing the evil in one's self. Only one person had stared into these stars of darkness and remained unwavering, but that person was not Arthur.

"I am sorry to disturb you Sir, but My lord requests you join him for a round table in the main barracks." Arthur began. "Also he asked if you might come prepared to... Heal" The last word spoken with a hesitation of a man who knew its true repercussions.

The stars flared in the darkness as the Shadow drifted into the courtyard. His feet obscured by the smoke that poured from his robes. His robes hid what existed of his body, but they seemed to be sewn with the same dark thread that even his skin was created with. He was practically transparent, his figure seeming to drift between this reality and another. His breath condensing in air like a cold winter night he carefully uttered "What?"

As The Shadow enunciated the T erupted with power. In the minds of those present it was as if an explosion had detonated. Arthur saw each of his men flinch in unmistakable fear. Arthur spoke up, trying to seemed unshaken, "He said you should prepare for that possibility," a sharp flash from The Shadow's eyes, "Sir," Arthur quickly added.

After a few moments had passed, what seemed like hours to Arthur's entourage, The Shadow finally replied, "Interesting," and turned towards the depths of his antechamber. As the doors began to seal behind him he hissed his message. "Tell him TheKunkel shall attend."

A different flavor

So, I heard a rumor its nice to take a break... is a weekend a break? If it isn't someone should let me know.

I have been speaking to several people about things and I came to a very interesting realization. All blogs are the same. Everything contains the same information, and all of them have rather unpleasant ways of addressing them. If ANYONE actually follows the crap I do, remember that post a while back. The one about imagination. I realized that the only thing that separates one source from the other is, in fact, that very same imagination. I had fallen short of my own challenge and instead attempted to create a formulaic way of following a structure to create slight entertainment.

I decided I needed to change to something that had imagination. To that end I have begun writing a story. I'm very good at creating stupendous and complex characters in my head and have always failed to move that to any form of substance be it visual art, writing, or anything else. I think I am doing better at conveying what I see in my mind's eye now, and I am going to just shoot what I can and see where it goes. Tomorrow will be the first post, I've almost finished writing it and want to take some time out and review it again before I put it down officially. I hope someone enjoys it because I think that it is very fun to write. My imagination is also thankful as well... It is untitled at the time being, but we will see what happens.

Thanks to everyone who gave me help even though you may not know who you are. And to she who helped, but wished not to be named. Thanks for the Soulstone! :P

Just a heads up! Oh yeah, Ding 78 almost there.

A Ruling Class

So I have been Pugging a lot recently. Its really nice to be playing a healer again because I don't even have to join LFG and I have people whispering me. I was asked on 5 separate occasions last night to heal an instance, sadly I am questing and not up for dealing with Pugged blood DK "tanks." Trust me, a blood DK is not a tank. Anyway, regardless of that I decided I needed to lay down rules for Pugging. I know that I have seen a post on this before and there will be many similar posts to come, but I'm going to do it anyway. Deal

1.Play your class
One of the things that annoys me most is people who decide that because they are wearing plate they are a tank. This couldn't be further from the truth. If I was sitting in LFG claiming I was a healer when I was specced for something different people would get annoyed, and yet somehow the tanks are immune to this. I have a theory that this is because the healers job is to make up for the poor tanking abilities and since they are the only one who could really say, "Hey guys, this is a good tank, he hardly takes damage," they are the ones who mainly complain about bad tanks. Its not because we're whiners, its because if we spam heals for the entire instance you will be waiting for us to drink a lot.
I have a different set of standards for dps. If you are dps I don't care what your spec looks like. I know the differences between leveling specs and raiding specs, and I'm fine with you having better mana regen for less dps. My qualifications for dps is that you are doing more damage than our tank, unless hes a Death Knight.

2.Let the tank, tank.
This is best alleviated by something that I call the three second rule. When the mobs notice the tank is not the time to attack. Wait until they get in melee range and strike the tank, then count to three. THEN you will be able to dump every cooldown you could possibly imagine. If you have the right tank (specced correctly) you will not be able to pull off of them, and the group will survive longer because of it.

3.Don't Stand in the Shiny Shit
Honestly, You don't have to know anything about the instance. If fire starts raining from the sky, or a large hole opens on the ground underneath you your best bet is to get the heck out. Don't finish your spell rotation. Get out. If you are not the tank or healer then you will not be a priority on getting healed so get out and your heal will come in a timely manner. With all of the bosses that do more and more AoE damage the healer will see you are in trouble and be able to address it as soon as the tank is stable.

4.Run back
When you wipe it is no one's job but yours to get yourself back to life. If someone has a Soulstone fine, stay there. But in my experience even if we have a warlock I have to beg them for one (something about how they are out of weed and no one else can be stoned if they aren't, I dunno). It only makes everyone's day longer if you choose to go afk and get something to drink on a wipe. You are wasting everyone's time and no one likes you.

5.Don't ask for something, Don't make anyone ask for something.
If you have a buff that you bring to the fight, buff it. Don't make me ask for it. For things like which pali buff you want its okay to request something different, just know that your getting the cheepy. Don't come to a raid and ask if anyone has water. This if fine if we are just hitting the stone to summon, or someone had to pop by town to do something, have them pick you some up and pay them for it. But when we are in the instance buffed and ready to go is not the time to ask for water. I carry between 20-100 drinks on me at all times and I don't share. Go get your own.

So those are my top 5 rules for Pugging. Surprisingly they are almost the same rules for a raid too. I hope I'm not crazy in assuming that people can handle those rules. Give me some feedback. Do I ask too much? Is this hard for people to do? Do cats actually lol?

Power Word: WTF

So a while back I posted how I wanted to kill PUGs altogether. I wanted to make sure I never had to deal with terrible players ever again. Well guess what! Last night I fell for that shit again.

-asshat "wanna heal Drak'tharon"
-unassuming moron "sure, give me a sec and I'll be right there"
-unassuming moron "I just got dual spec, so you are all in luck"
-asshat 2 "Great, this should be cake then"

btw, im the unassuming moron

So if any of you have been in there, you know there are void zones. Large holes of death in the ground that are almost impossible to NOT see. Somehow asshat 2 managed to tank an entire pull inside of the void zone and then bitched at me when I asked him to wait for mana. Now I can take some criticism, but overly bitchy and I get kinda pissy, I can accept that but he might have deserved it so there.

-unassuming moron "Don't complain, I just kept your ass up in a void zone. use your head next pull and we will all be happier."
-asshat 2 "shut up and heal dumbass"

I decided to drop it. On the fourth pull in you have a pull of four mobs, I was having trouble healing with default UI because the text numbers was still on my screen, I asked for a second to turn them off. asshat 2 pulls. I try to save him from my menu screen, but he dies all the same. That's fine, maybe he didn't see it. We had a second death knight in the group, he picked up tanking, i start healing him... then i notice asshat 1 running past me. a warlock who is running out of the instance. one of our other puggers then falters and follows him. with mobs trailing. they hit the door and the improv tank and I die trying to recover.

I have no soulstone, and I'm the only person with rez... shouldn't I be the only person with the option to run out, but the pull wasn't lost.

-unassuming moron "dude, what the heck, we still had that pull, don't run out like a douche."
-asshat 1 "f*** off d***"
*Unassuming moron has left the group
-w- asshat 1 "We don't need some shitty prick priest anyway, F*** YOU"
*asshat 1 is being ignored
-w- asshat 2 "YOU STUPID...(this continued for about three lines, but I forgot what it was and really doesn't matter)"
*asshat 2 is being ignored

here is the best part. I don't know the other two Puggers that we were grouped with, but one I have pugged with a lot recently. He whispered me a few minutes later asking if I wanted to heal again. I said sure, but I get to bring the tank. Ark to the rescue. My arena partner brought his pali tank, took almost no damage the whole fight, we accidentally pulled a boss before we meant to and still we ended the instance with no deaths.

The guy I have pugged with before said great job heals, sorry for what I got you in to earlier.

I like this server. Jerks get ignored, the good are victorious, and order is restored to the world. Just to be clear, I still hate pugs. Maybe I will put up my rules for Pugging later... look for that tomorrow.

*****
To clarify my edits, I am fine with the word ass, but anything past that I have decided to keep out... just to at least pretend this is family friendly. I don't think I have had any language up to this point, but I'm trying to keep it down to a minimum. Just beware the ranty ones.

Nom Nom Lazers!

Ah, the life of a Laser chicken

A Boomkin druids main role is to pew, to pew pew, and to pew pew pew. Their only buff to the raid comes in the silly way they look. And they have perhaps the most colorful assortment of spells in the game. If you are a fan of shiny graphics I would recommend rolling one. Called OOMkin in BC they were very frequently running out of mana and most coveted their only other significant buff in Innervate to be used only on themselves. More recently they have been much better at keeping mana, however with the new patch setup who knows. Time will tell if this will be the return of OOM however the new setup with the glyph of innervate will definitely help.

Is this when I use the shiny one or the kaboom one??

The recent setup for Balance druids has made them "harder" to play. the players need more situational awareness and have to pay attention to RNG buffs that give their next spells more damage or damage capabilities. Boomkin are incredibly fun to play regardless. Their capabilities for dealing damage through both Arcane and Nature damage means that when locked out of one type they are still a force to be reckoned with.

The Chicken Behind the laser.

A player who plays a boomkin druid is a fickle being. Changing their casts throughout the fight keeps their ADD in check, and also the bright colors keep them entertained. They are good friends to have as they are fuzzy and soft, however be careful because they rarely clean their feathers. A typical boomkin player may enjoy explosions, lasers, or large carnivorous birds. They are an enigma of the WoW community as no one really understands why a form which seems to have no purpose other than amusing dancing may actually yield so much power. If you find yourself constantly pressing one button and want to do more and entertain yourself, feel free to go with the Balance Druid. They are a class that seems purely bound for fun.

Patchial amusement

Good Morning Blogosphere!

I can't help but smile this morning. All of my wildest dreams were in fact realized last night. I hate to say it because I feel like all I've heard is QQ about this patch. "You didn't warn us the season was over, we cancelled our account and were going to farm all the rank we needed in the last week of the season" WAAAA! Anyway, the less air time those people get the better, so I continue.

My favorite Patch EVA!

So I have played some hybrid character for about a year and a half now. I played a hunter to start, but quickly turned to a Druid. I really love druid spell dps, and druid healing is really just a minor amusement. I have done both however, and frequently switched between the two when going from PvE-PvP. Having experienced this I knew when I rolled a priest that it would be the same. Before I even hit level 70 on my priest I had respec'd enough times for level 68-70 dungeons that My respec cost was 50g a piece. All told I figure I have spent about 375g on respecs give or take a few. I know by experience that I like to change my playstyle frequently and So I saved money ahead of time to grab me some dual specciery.

How happy I am about the changes. Did anyone else notice that when you spec'd for the first time the game already remembered where your buttons were PRE-Patch and put them back in the appropriate spot. I was very surprised and excited. Also, I could have lived a fine life with only having the main 1-= bar change when you switched specs, but no, everyone of them changes. Have I mentioned I like this patch.

I dueled against a Death Knight and won, as a Shadowpriest. I don't know if that's really impressive, and you can say I'm a noob, but we were both level 73 and I didn't just beat him, I trounced him. Sure I used cooldowns, but he didn't even get me below half health, I didn't have to heal, and he potted in the fight too.

All in all, I enjoyed myself more last night than I have in a very long time. I am excited that Blizzard has made such great steps forward in their game. Matter of class post later!

Ooey Goey goodness

So 3.1 came out today. I'm stuck at work till 6 and unable to try wonderful things out. I'm kicking myself for not being somewhere I can grab my duel specs right away at. Well, that doesn't matter. I'll have time to look at my first spec on the flight back to a zeppelin. At the moment I am at level 73 with my priest, and I have bounced back and forth between a shadow leveling spec and a Disc healing spec more than on any other character. I am so excited to have duel specs. So excited in fact that I refused to purchase my original flying training because I found duel spec more important. I did manage to save up enough money through questing alone that all i need is another 600g between 73 and 77 and I will be able to buy everything to be able to fly when I hit that level. Now rather than list what changes are awesome or bad or just list in general I am going to give you a play by play of my afternoon.

1. Jump on gryphon to the nearest zeppelin route to my trainer.
2. Spec for a gorgeous new Disc Spec in flight
3. Purchase Dual spec from trainer
4. Spec a Shadow leveling spec.
5. Queue for a Battleground from wherever I am
6. Ride my mount to the nearest river
7. Hearth back to Northrend because the cooldown is only half an hour.

I am very excited for all of the changes. I think that my friend and I will be good to go with our Disc Priest/Ret Pali 2v2 team when we hit 80 and it will be very soon now that I don't have to spend 100g per instance not including repair and reagent costs. This is going to be a fun night.

Thought of the day:
What happens when I join a battleground while flying on a gryphon. Does the gryphon wait for me to come back? Do I drop out of the sky to my death like what happens when a summon fails because an instance is too full? I hope it is messed up and I can use that to shortcut to places while I'm flying over them.... hmm... what old world flyby places have you always wanted to visit. I have levitate so even if I fall off I will never die....

A new type of game

So over the weekend I took a lovely Easter trip with my Familia. We went to Mammoth Cave. For anyone not in the know, it is the longest cave system in the world and is only about two hours from my place of residence. Also I am dumb/nerdy/geeky enough to enjoy it. Immensely.

We went on two tours. The first tour was a tour done entirely by lantern light. For anyone who has never been in a cave with lantern light ever before I would recommend trying. It was the same as the last time I did it except I got to be the special volunteer who walked the lanterns down the secret path and back so everyone could experience the magic of "Sunset-Sunrise."

The main thing about this tour is that more than half of the tour is in places that are to this day unlit by any electric lighting and are only traversed by the one tour that I was on. It is an interesting thing to know that there is no backup and that your little lantern is the only thing keeping you sane.

The next tour we went on was the next morning. It starts at 10, and is four hours long, includes a lunch at 11 and has lots of walking and hills in it. My family had hoped that this would keep out the "Shoebies" (Rocket Power references should be commonplace in every one's lives) and allow us to enjoy a brisk walk through the cave where we could observe its natural beauty and splendor in a peaceful environment. We were wrong, dead wrong.

(This post is under the rant category so please forgive any lack of writing skill it may contain. From now on we will call it a bonus feature of any "Rant" posts I might do.)

The following game is inspired by the preceding events.

Strict or Disciplined?

As a continuation of my Matter of Class question I have decided to create several posts on the people behind the Characters. First I will start with something I know well. Discipline Priests

Small note: I play a Disc Priest, but I am trying to leave my personality out of this and just see what develops.

The Basics.

A Discipline Priest is a true force of healing beauty in WoW. They are prided on their ability to bring solid buffs to the raid, at least for casters, and their powerful damage mitigation. Traditionally the spec for PvP, Disc healing in PvE content has become more common if not a staple in high end content. Disc Priests focus on faster healing output with a focus on Crits as well as their trademark mitigation with Shields.

The Mindset

The person behind a Discipline Priest is a person who tries to look out for people. They enjoy being in groups of friends and participating in anything competitive. They are most enjoying themselves however when they need to come to the aid or defense of another. They aren't the type to openly attack whoever is attacking their friend, but try to help their friend through a variety of means. If all else fails they do have the option of helping in an attack as well.

The Fighting style.

A Priest's first Job is to prevent any more damage to occur when they notice their friend being attacked. They have many skills to help prevent this, but one in particular is most dependable. After they are sure their friend is bolstered they may assist by attacking the enemy as many of their abilities to defend are also their favorite attacks as well. The best thing about a Disc Priest is that they never back down. As long as their friend is being attacked it only refuels them more.

All in all a Disc Priest is a good friend and confidant, however they can also make formidable enemies. Make sure you are friends with them because they can also have double personalities and you wouldn't want to be on the wrong end. A Disc Priest is a person you can depend on when the going gets rough and they are fans of all kinds of combat.

Thought of the day:
Happy Easter

Matters of Class

So I've been realizing I've lost most of my imagination recently. I decided upon an exercise to help myself and others gain some of it back.

Close your eyes, but continue reading. I know this is hard, but DO IT. Closing your eyes is the only way to really be able to immerse yourself into the world we are about to enter, void out all other stimuli.

Imagine yourself. I mean your real self. See your hands in front of you.

We are going somewhere new but familiar. Look at the ground. See the dark rocks underneath your feet. The alien soil should remind you of somewhere. See the dust that drifts across it from the green lava glowing nearby. See the large piglike beasts stomping about in front of you. Truly watch them sniff around looking for some small morsel of food in this forsaken ground. You are in Shadowmoon Valley.

Pan the landscape now; see what you will. Look at the people around you. On one side Orcs and Tauren fighting off attacking Infernals with the assistance of Bloodelves Undead and Trolls. On the other side you see Humans, Dwarves, Draenei, Gnomes, and Nightelves fighting off the same enemy. Watch the force in their blows, see the power behind every move. Which side calls to you for assistance? Which side sneers at you in contempt?

Go to them! They need your help! Grab your weapon! What is your weapon? How do you fight with it? Did you just run to intercept the attacker, warding off your team so they can get away from its blows? Did you summon all of your energy and hope to rally your team, giving them the power to fight on? Did you lower your head and dive headlong into your enemy, hoping only to kill him before your friends die?

Who are you?

Take a minute and really picture this.

I mean really think about it.

For a friend of mine this truly changed his idea of what class he should be playing. This exercise may give you an idea about your inner self. I know that when I did this exercise I realized that I was in the correct role. I am a person who likes to be helpful in a direct manner, to heal my friends in a way. I like to be leaned upon and being able to be a shoulder to cry on. I play a Priest in WoW. In the real world I play a Friend of the Hugging spec, with my extra points in Understanding. There are so many other ways to be a Friend, but this is how I play it. I like to think I'm a hybrid, but Hugging will always be my Main spec.

I have decided to write posts on what types of people I see when I look at someone's toon. Stick around. Maybe you will find yourself in a different spec, or a different class altogether.

Most of all, as my Mother refuses to let my brothers and I forget from one of the Wisest of all Disney moments.

"Remember Who You Are"

I will Kill Pugs

Recently (just yesterday) I started something. I will not take the original credit for it as it was piggybacked off of an idea while I was listening to "Essence of RP." I do not RP in any way, but I do enjoy listening to people who are amusing when I am playing WoW. /nod to Farseer and Kexman.

The idea is this: A channel which is used by members of said channel to create a community of people in said channel by which means groups of high quality can be formed without aforementioned channel hindering any social interactions with others.

Basically, a place where good players can invite other good players to join them. This way creating a community of good players that any of the good players can use to make groups of good players making their time spent in game more good.

In my wildest dreams I can see this changing the server forever. It could be a cloud city where people of great talent could come together and find people to play with. Not restricted by guild boundaries and the drama those create. A perfect world where the titans of the realm could reign down on the evils in dungeons and raids without having to leave because their friend made the guild.

I will attempt to keep this blog updated on the project, even if it only turns out this is a blog that only I will end up reading.
